Megan started spinning when she was 13 with her mom and was instantly hooked. Throughout high school she used it as cross training for swimming and cross country but it wasn't until college that she considered teaching.
After a year of "just ok" classes she decided to take things into her own hands, got certified and began teaching at NYU's rec center. After taking a two year hiatus from teaching during grad school, she got certified as a personal trainer to supplement her sport psychology practice.
She started up at Krank when she moved to Nashville last year and became obsessed with the spin classes immediately! Exercise and sports are a huge part of her life and she loves sharing that passion with others!
