Matt is passionate about being healthy, strong, and each person reaching their highest potential. He come from a sports background, and loves a good challenge. His strength classes are intense!
Matt focuses on making sure you are safe, have good form, and any modifications needed. You will focus on your workout without having to worry about if your doing something right. He believes in strong motivation! It's not that "You can do it" boring stuff.
Matt would say he wants to hit the neurons in your hippocampus (part of brain that controls emotion), and find that thing that drives you!! With that being said, he deep down is a big nerd. He enjoys studying the physiology and biomechanics of the body.
His cycle class is similar to his strength class! High energy, motivation, and BIG hills!!
