Hi I’m Faith! I grew up in a small town in Western New York, and started teaching cycling classes at Colgate University during my sophomore year. I struggled with finding a way to move and sweat that I actually enjoyed, and as a result grew up with an aversion to exercise. When I found cycling, it was like meeting my soul mate! I’ve been addicted to the rush of being on the bike ever since.

The rush I felt on the bike motivating others to find their best self inspired me to try my hand at teaching in the classroom. I am now teaching middle schoolers here in Nashville when I am not on the bike at Krank!
