Something only at Krank Nashville.  An hour of aerobic strength using sandbags, Ugi balls, TRX, Halo Bells, boxes and body weight exercises.  A class filled with intensity, driven by your desire and power to get stronger!

You will definitely get a cardio workout too.  Krank could be circuit, intervals or anything that our amazing instructors can dream up. Every class will be different and every instructor inspires you in their own fabulous way.
