If you’ve ever worked out at KrankFIT, you know what we mean when we say that our classes are addicting. Workouts should always be a challenge – you’ll never leave one of our classes without building a good sweat and feeling energized, which is part of the reason why people love KrankFIT so much. We want people to actually love the exercise, which is why our team at KrankFIT has worked hard to build a culture that encourages you to get in shape and have fun at the same time.

Krank offers classes in 3 varieties: cycling, strength, and a combination of both.

 

Our cycling class is a 1-hour group class that proves cardio actually can be fun. We turn the lights down low and the music up high to get you PUMPED about your workout. You’ll work your legs, core, arms and butt and sweat out all the stress you carried in with you. Oh, and feel free to bring song suggestions – we’re always looking for new pump up jams to add to our playlists.

 

If you’re looking to build lean muscle and burn calories, you’ll love KRANK STRENGTH. Our strength classes are limited to just 10 people, which allows our trainers to provide close guidance in form and performance. Think of it more like small group personal training – we tailor to the exercise to you, regardless of your skill level. Every workout is different, so you’ll never get bored of doing the same old workout each day. KRANK STRENGTH utilizes TRX suspension training, sandbags, equalizers, weights, and more to keep you on your toes and ready to come back for more.

 

Can’t choose between cycling and KRANK STRENGTH? Good news, you don’t have to! Our 30/30 Cardio/Power class features 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of strength or vice versa, whichever suits you the best.
